Make appointments with people who are successful in your field and learn from them. You need to have a total commitment to succeed in business. Most people who make it to the executive boardroom put I long hours, often at the sacrifice of everything else. Regardless of the physical effort involved, you must mentally be engrossed in your business and the company enterprises.
